🎭 Theater Event Policy

Thank you for supporting our Babilou Family Singapore concert and theater events.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all families, please take a moment to review the following policies.

1. Ticket Purchase & Confirmation

All tickets must be purchased exclusively through the Babilou Family Singapore Ticket Sales Platform.
Payment is accepted via PayNow only.
Tickets are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
Please ensure your contact details are accurate when making your purchase to receive timely updates and confirmations.

2. Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations

All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
In the event of a postponement, existing tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
If an event is cancelled, Babilou Family Singapore reserves the right to offer a credit, refund, or alternative arrangement at its discretion.
Requests for changes or cancellations will not be accepted unless initiated by the organizer.

3. Event Admission

A valid digital or printed ticket must be presented for entry.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Entry may be denied to anyone without proof of purchase or proper identification.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, the organizer reserves the right to manage admission flow as necessary.

4. Seating & Late Entry

Seating is generally on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated.
To avoid disruptions, latecomers may be asked to wait until an appropriate break before being seated.
Please follow ushers’ instructions to ensure smooth movement within the venue.

5. Photography & Recording

Flash photography and personal video recording may be restricted during performances to protect performers and audience experience.
Official event photos and videos may be captured by Babilou Family Singapore or its authorized partners for documentation and publicity purposes.
By attending, you consent to being included in event media coverage.

6. Safety & Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and family-friendly manner at all times.
The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone whose actions disrupt the event or compromise the safety of others.
Please adhere to all venue and public safety guidelines, including those related to health and emergency protocols.

7. Data Protection

Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used solely for event management and communication purposes.
Babilou Family Singapore complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and ensures that all personal data is handled securely and responsibly.

8. Organizer Rights

Babilou Family Singapore reserves the right to modify event details such as date, time, or venue if required.
The organizer may deny entry or remove attendees who fail to comply with these policies.
